1. Who we are and how to contact us
Flycomm Networks LTD, Israeli company registration 516202223 ("Flycomm", "we", "us"), is the controller responsible for personal information used to operate this corporate website and handle its business inquiries.
Address: Havaad Haleumi 21, Jerusalem, 9372115, Israel. Privacy and rights requests: legal@flycomm.co.
This notice covers our corporate marketing website. It does not govern data collection within Flycomm’s applications, SDKs, cloud platform, APIs, RF data services, SOC, Indoor or Tactical products. Applicable product notices and agreements must explain those activities at the relevant point of collection or use. Merely visiting this website does not install our RF-collection application or SDK.
2. Information we handle
- Contact and business details: your name, work email, organization, selected industry, product interest and optional message. The form also records a request identifier, source page, creation time, handling status and, to limit repeated submissions, a one-way hash derived from the connection address with a daily-rotating key; that hash cannot be turned back into the address and is not used for any other purpose.
- Correspondence: information exchanged by email or during follow-up on a business inquiry.
- Preferences and consent: your optional measurement choices and any separate permission you give for email updates, including its wording, time and source. Submitting a contact request does not subscribe you to a newsletter.
- Optional campaign attribution: source, medium, campaign, content and term labels from a tagged link, and the first page of the visit on this website, carried between pages and attached to an inquiry only when that feature is allowed.
- Website measurement and advertising data: Our website supports optional campaign attribution. Our Google Ads conversion measurement runs only after the corresponding choice in Privacy choices; the Google Analytics integration is currently disabled. When active, these integrations can process device/browser information, online identifiers, page visits, interaction events and campaign information according to the corresponding choices. Advertising features may allow Google to relate activity across services. See the Cookies & storage notice, including its explanation of separate hosting-provider logging and the limits of our controls.
- Technical information: hosting and communications providers receive connection and request information, which can include IP addresses, timestamps, browser information and requested pages. Our website hosting provider also supplies separate page-view logging. This records website activity separately from the optional measurement controlled by our preference panel. We have not verified the provider’s complete log fields or retention period and do not describe all provider logging as strictly necessary.
Information comes from you, your interaction with the website and the service providers supporting those activities. Please do not send classified information, sensitive operational details, identity documents or other people’s personal information in an initial inquiry.
3. Why we use it and whether you must provide it
We use inquiry details to answer you, understand your business requirement, arrange a requested conversation and manage the related business relationship. Request identifiers and limited submission history help prevent duplicate requests and abuse. Information may also be needed to comply with legal duties or establish, exercise or defend legal claims.
Providing inquiry details is voluntary and is not required by law. The marked required fields are needed to process the online form; you can contact us by email instead. Optional messages and measurement choices are not conditions for a response.
If you separately opt in, Flycomm may send company news, product updates and invitations by email, including when a newsletter is introduced. We do not automatically add existing leads to a mailing list. You can withdraw this permission by emailing legal@flycomm.co. Marketing messages must also offer an unsubscribe method. Withdrawing marketing permission does not prevent us from answering your requests or sending necessary business correspondence.
We market our services to organizations in the EEA and the United Kingdom. For personal information within the scope of the GDPR or UK GDPR, we rely on our legitimate interest in answering relevant business inquiries and managing business relationships with organizational contacts, subject to their rights and reasonable expectations. Pre-contractual necessity applies where the individual is themselves the prospective contracting party. Optional website measurement and promotional email rely on the corresponding consent. Compliance with a legal duty relies on the applicable obligation; protecting legal rights and proportionate security processing may rely on legitimate interests. These purposes do not authorize unrelated reuse of inquiry content.
4. Recipients and service providers
Relevant Flycomm personnel use inquiries to handle the business conversation. The systems used for inquiry handling include:
- Website hosting and form-infrastructure providers, for hosting the website and storing submissions. Lead handling uses a server-side submission function and administrator-restricted record access.
- Google Drive, for business documents and lead information maintained by the team.
- Google Workspace / Gmail, for receiving, sharing internally and answering business inquiries.
- Streak, for managing sales relationships and follow-up.
- Google, when the optional website analytics or advertising integrations described above are activated with the required choices. Permission for promotional emails is separate from website measurement consent.
Service providers and their subprocessors may access information to supply their services under the applicable arrangements. Information may also be disclosed to competent authorities when legally required and to professional advisers where necessary for advice or legal claims, subject to applicable safeguards. The fact that a provider is listed does not mean it receives every field from every inquiry.
Optional advertising features can involve disclosures to Google that fall within a jurisdiction’s definitions of sharing or targeted advertising, even without a monetary payment. These features are separate from handling a business inquiry and from permission for promotional emails. Use Privacy choices for the optional features managed by this website, subject to the limits described below. This statement does not characterize Flycomm’s separate product-data activities.
5. International processing
Flycomm is based in Israel. Our providers operate internationally, so information may be processed outside your country, including in Israel and the United States. Processing locations depend on the provider and service configuration. We do not offer an Israel-only or other single-region storage commitment through this website. The selected website-hosting storage region has not been confirmed.
Where an international transfer is restricted by applicable law, an appropriate transfer mechanism is required, such as an applicable adequacy decision or contractual safeguards. The mechanism depends on the particular service and transfer; the existence of a provider’s general terms does not establish a specific storage location. Contact legal@flycomm.co to request information about the safeguards for your information or an available copy of them.
6. How long information is kept
A single fixed retention period would not fit all business inquiries. We retain information only while needed for the purpose of the record, assessed using: whether a conversation or relationship remains active, the nature and recency of substantive contact, whether follow-up is still reasonably expected, applicable legal recordkeeping duties, and a specific need to establish or defend legal claims. The possibility that an old lead might someday be useful is not, by itself, a reason for indefinite retention.
Information no longer needed for a legitimate purpose is to be deleted or irreversibly anonymized, subject to a documented legal need to retain it. These criteria apply across our form database, Drive, email and Streak. We do not operate a fixed automatic deletion interval for all leads. You can request an assessment of information relating to you at the privacy address above.
After a marketing objection or withdrawal, a limited suppression record may be kept to respect that choice, together with necessary evidence of the earlier permission or request. This does not permit continued promotional use. Provider logs and backups have separate retention arrangements; their exact periods are not confirmed in this notice. Contact us for information about the records relevant to your request. Backup retention does not authorize routine marketing reuse of deleted data.
7. Your choices and rights
Contact legal@flycomm.co for access, correction or a request to delete your information. Explain your request and the email address used to contact us. We may need proportionate verification of your identity or an authorized agent’s authority; please do not send identity documents initially. Applicable rights, deadlines and exceptions depend on the law governing the request.
Where the GDPR or UK GDPR applies, rights may include access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability where its conditions are met, and objection to processing based on legitimate interests. You may withdraw consent without affecting processing lawfully carried out before withdrawal. You can object to direct marketing at any time. You may complain directly to the competent authority; you need not contact us first. See the EEA supervisory authorities or the UK Information Commissioner.
Israeli access and correction requests, and deletion rights where available, are handled under the applicable Israeli provisions. You may also contact the Israeli Privacy Protection Authority.
Where a US state privacy law applies, rights can include access, correction, deletion, portability, appeal, and opting out of sale, sharing, targeted advertising or certain profiling. You may submit a request or appeal to the privacy email above, including through an authorized agent where the law allows. We will not unlawfully discriminate for exercising a right. These rights depend on the applicable law and its scope; they are not a statement that every US state law applies to every interaction with this website.
8. Browser choices, security and children
Use Privacy choices in the footer to review optional measurement choices. The website’s own controls default to off and honor Global Privacy Control and Do Not Track by disabling the optional features they manage. These controls do not suppress our hosting provider’s separate page-view logging. They also do not control tags installed outside our website integration, other websites or product services. We do not claim that declining optional measurement stops the host from receiving connection information or all website activity logs.
The form uses input validation and restricted lead-record access. No online service can guarantee absolute security. This website serves professional and organizational inquiries and is not directed to children. Contact us if you believe a child submitted information so we can assess the appropriate response.
9. Changes
The date above identifies the latest update to this notice. Material changes will be communicated as applicable law requires before incompatible new processing begins. Questions and requests: legal@flycomm.co.
