Cookies & storage

Last updated: 16 September 2026

1. Scope

This notice explains browser storage and measurement for Flycomm Networks LTD’s corporate website. Local storage and session storage are technically different from cookies but can be subject to similar rules. For inquiry handling, recipients and rights, see the Privacy Policy.

Current configuration: The website’s optional campaign-attribution feature is available through Privacy choices. The Google Analytics and Google Ads integration in the website code is disabled. Our website hosting provider also supplies separate page-view logging which the website’s preference controls do not disable. Earlier Google Analytics use was reported, but the presence of any independently installed Google configuration has not been verified; a disabled integration here is not a claim that every provider-managed measurement feature is off.

2. Your choices

A compact banner offers Accept, Reject and Customize when optional measurement is relevant and this browser has no current saved choice. With our Google integration disabled, an ordinary visit without campaign tags does not trigger this banner; optional attribution remains off unless you permit it. A current saved choice avoids repeated prompts. Open Privacy choices in the footer at any time. The website controls keep optional features off until the corresponding affirmative choice. Rejecting them does not prevent browsing or submitting an inquiry. The optional categories are:

  • Campaign attribution: remembers the source, medium and campaign labels associated with a tagged link and includes them in an inquiry you submit.
  • Analytics: when configured, allows Google Analytics to measure page visits and successful inquiries.
  • Advertising: when configured, allows Google Ads measurement and advertising activity. Advertising can involve use across websites and services, including personalized advertising. It is separate from analytics and from email updates.

Only configured categories are offered in the preference panel. These choices do not subscribe you to email updates or a newsletter.

When configured, the website’s Google integration loads its tags only after the relevant permission. Previously loaded measurement is stopped on withdrawal by reloading the page without the declined tags. First-party Google measurement cookies recognizable to this code are also cleared. A page reload can discard unsaved form entries. These controls apply to this integration; the hosting provider’s separate logging remains outside them.

A choice applies to the browser and website origin where it is made, not automatically to another device, domain or Flycomm product. Withdrawal stops future optional use controlled here; it does not automatically erase an inquiry or information already received by a provider. Contact legal@flycomm.co about that information.

3. Website storage inventory

  • flycomm_privacy_choice_v2 — local storage; preference. Stores the selected categories, time and notice version, including a refusal. It contains no name or email. The application expires the choice after 180 days, or earlier if it is cleared or the version changes. The earlier campaign-only choice is not treated as permission for Google measurement.
  • flycomm_utm_source, flycomm_utm_medium, flycomm_utm_campaign — session storage; optional attribution. Written only when attribution is allowed. Removed when a refusal, withdrawal, privacy signal or invalid/expired choice is detected. Normally lasts for the tab session, subject to browser session restoration. If allowed at submission, labels and the choice receipt are saved with that inquiry under the Privacy Policy’s retention criteria.
  • Refusal recovery parameter. If storage cannot save a withdrawal, the technical URL parameter flycomm_privacy=reject carries the refusal through the reload so an older stored grant cannot restart measurement. It is removed once the refusal can be saved. It contains no identity or campaign information.
  • Hosting authentication state. The hosting service may store or access an authentication token when an account session is present. Visitors do not need an account to browse this corporate website. These provider-managed values have separate lifetimes and are not controlled by the 180-day preference setting above.
  • Hosting page-view logging. The published HTML makes a separate page-log request on loading and navigation. A network request does not establish that a cookie is set. We have not confirmed the complete provider log fields or their retention period. It is not currently blocked by this preference control.

Fonts and brand images in the website code are served from the website’s own assets. This does not establish the absence of other server-side services or separately installed tags.

4. Google measurement

Google’s services can receive online identifiers, device/browser information, network metadata and page/event information. Advertising functions may also use ad-click identifiers and cross-service information. Information may be processed outside your country. See how Google uses information from partner sites and Google’s cookie information.

When GA4 is enabled, cookies such as _ga and _ga_<identifier> may be used. Our currently disabled integration is configured to request a 180-day first-party Analytics cookie expiry without renewal on activity. This does not establish the settings of an independently installed tag or Google’s server-side data retention. Advertising may use _gcl_* and other Google cookies depending on the selected products and settings; the relevant names, purposes and durations will be disclosed when those features are configured for this website.

Google Analytics event-data retention is a separate account setting. Its available periods and treatment of aggregate reports do not establish Flycomm’s selected settings. We will update this notice when our integration is activated or materially changed, including the relevant retention settings and advertising features. No email, name or message is deliberately sent by our website measurement integration; enhanced-conversion uploads and customer-list targeting have not been added.

5. Browser signals and limitations

Global Privacy Control or Do Not Track keeps all optional features managed by our preference controls off, overriding an earlier grant. This does not certify the behavior of independently injected scripts, other domains or Flycomm products. To request any additional sale, sharing or targeted-advertising opt-out available under applicable law, contact the privacy address below. We will assess and handle the request under the law that applies.

Your browser can clear or block storage; blocking it may prevent your choice from being remembered. Necessary connection and security processing is separate from optional measurement and must have its own appropriate basis. We do not classify all hosting logs as necessary without verification.
